Put off part two.

I've been back from o/s for the last four weeks. It's been difficult trying to find inspiration to blog when I'm adjusting down to Sydney from the sensory hyperstimulation that is London and Paris, whilst fretting about next year's contract with Bangarra as well as an impending milestone of the birthday variety looming in the not too distant future (and it's my first one that's ended with a zero and divisible by three...)

Lots of cool things have happened but how could I possibly address them when there's been things I haven't wanted to blog that are nevertheless more blogworthy? Like why should I blog about, say, how much I'm loving Robbie Williams's new album when I'm being introspective? Sure I could blog about that but, well, that's rather a bit too personal don't you think? I don't generally like to reveal too much about myself but I have a blog??? That has my name on it? Hmm...

And I get nervous when people in real-life talk about my blog. I think I would much rather have them leave comments. What goes on tour stays on tour, the second rule of Fight Club is you do not talk about fight club and for God's sake if you want to respond to my blog LEAVE A COMMENT! I'll be more than happy to respond.

Sorry that you have to register to do that but I had been getting comment spam. I hate comment spam.

And now maybe I can start talking about interesting things now. Like: "How cool is Robbie right now?"

PS and for all you IE6 crew, I've tweaked it a bit. Satisfied?

Hmmm...registering to post a

Hmmm...registering to post a comment? Oh well, I've done it now.

30 hey? You don't seriously feel bad about that do you? It's okay if you do, but personally, I'm on a bit of a campaign against feeling bad about getting older.

Are you coming back to the 'rine for xmas? And if so, please consider catching the bus from Darwin this time.

Hope you're well!

back in the saddle.

Not on your life. I'll be hooning down the Stuart Highway again... I have to pull my finger out and get a plane ticket first, though. Will you be there?

I'm not too concerned about the three-zero. It seems like more of a fuss to everyone else, and I feel obliged to have some sort of organised celebration. I'm glad people want to make a fuss, but I'd rather not have that much attention. Besides, I don't have a good track record when it comes to my birthday.

And sorry that I made you register. But thanks for doing it!!! Comment spam on this blog really was getting out of hand. You should see this site's email spam! I hate spam.

Take care, buddy!

Wondering

So your about to turn the big 30 huh. I dont know whether to congratulate you or feel bad for you. Lol. Sorry i had to go there. And by the way Fight Club is an amazing movie.

P.S. Your blog didnt have to do with me putting my email addresses on my comment did it?

Hey! Respect your elders,

Hey! Respect your elders, young'un... BTW, Don't stress about the email addresses. I'm just not feeling particularly inspired at the moment, blog-wise. You're just going to have to make do with conversation over this blog, though... once I get the motivation to talk about movies or music or dancing...
